Graduate Talent — System and Hardware Enabling Engineer
Role Summary
Provide hardware and system enabling support for platform solutions that incorporate Intel products. Work with customers, partners, and internal silicon/hardware/software teams to drive solution design, validate products, produce technical collateral, and resolve development and production issues.
Experience Level
Entry-level (graduate). Suitable for new graduates or early-career engineers; typically 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support for solutions that incorporate Intel products and drive solution design to ensure time-to-market readiness.
- Create technical collateral such as product specifications, hardware design guides, and application notes.
- Support product design, development, validation and provide technical issue resolution during development, testing, and production.
- Enable customers and manufacturing partners through integration support, training, and rapid technical assistance to ensure smooth product ramp.
- Evaluate and help develop software and hardware tools used for validation and performance optimization.
- Collaborate across internal and external teams (silicon, hardware, software) to deliver products to market.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Familiarity with embedded systems and system/board design; ability to read or produce technical specifications, data sheets, and design documents.
- Ability to debug computer system issues on Intel architecture and interpret schematics and PCB layouts.
- Experience or knowledge in power integrity and signal integrity work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders (marketing, design engineers, validation teams, customers).
- Familiarity with product document development processes and Intel product lifecycle.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience supporting customer manufacturing, product ramp, or partner enablement.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering fields. (Role targets recent graduates.)
