Graduate Talent (Product Enablement and Solutions)
Role Summary
Join the Product Enablement Solutions Group to develop CAD software solutions for RTL design and validation used across Intel's SoC and IP development teams.
Work on hardware-validation flows (RTL coverage, UVM support), deliver tools and flows, and provide training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to validation engineers.
Experience Level
Entry-level — targeted at recent graduates / early-career candidates.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing and supporting validation solutions and workflows:
- Develop, test, and deploy CAD/software solutions for hardware validation (RTL coverage solutions, UVM support).
- Create and maintain test-bench development and regression-management flows.
- Implement and improve coverage methodologies and tools.
- Perform failure analysis and trace analysis to support debug efforts.
- Provide technical training, documentation, and hands-on consultation to RTL validation teams.
Requirements
Key technical skills and professional traits.
- Must-have: Experience with HW verification languages and methodologies (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog, SVTB, UVM).
- Must-have: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and collaborate in dynamic teams.
- Nice-to-have: Python programming experience.
Education Requirements
Must have a graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
