Role Summary
Entry-level engineering role supporting memory PHY development within a central engineering team. The position focuses on electrical modelling, signal and power integrity simulation, and package/board layout support for memory interface validation.
Experience Level
Entry-level (new graduate / early career).
Responsibilities
Work on development and validation tasks across package, electrical modelling and signal/power integrity domains.
- Support memory PHY development and integration activities.
- Perform signal and power integrity simulations and analysis.
- Contribute to package and board layout reviews related to electrical performance.
- Assist with electrical validation and characterization tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical findings.
Requirements
Must-have technical knowledge and professional skills for immediate contribution.
- Basic understanding of IC design and package/platform architectures.
- Fundamental knowledge of signal integrity and/or power integrity concepts.
- Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and apply simulation and validation tools in support of projects.
Nice-to-have:
- Exposure to package, board layout or 3D modeling tools and electrical validation workflows.
- Experience with signal/power integrity simulation tools or electrical modelling software.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent relevant undergraduate education focus.
