Graduate Hiring Manufacturing Test Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for manufacturing test activities for released products and for introducing and deploying test programs into mass production. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze NPI test data, debug and qualify test hardware and software, manage hold-lot disposition, and drive test process improvements and automation to maintain product quality.
Experience Level
Entry-level — within 2 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Own manufacturing test activities for released products.
- Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production.
- Analyze NPI and production test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Lead debugging, qualification, and Gage R&R (MSC) analysis for test hardware and software.
- Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low-yield and QA failures.
- Develop and optimize test processes, documentation, and best practices with process owners.
- Drive test automation projects to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality.
Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing.
- Solid understanding of software and system testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations.
- Programming experience (e.g., Java, C++).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ownership for product quality.
- English proficiency for reading and writing technical material.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
