Graduate Engineer
The System Performance Team in Arm’s Central Technology Group evaluates emerging technologies and performs hardware–software co-design studies to inform product decisions across data centres to IoT. The Graduate Engineer will support analysis and optimisation of Arm-based systems by modelling system stacks, running workload studies, and delivering performance and efficiency recommendations to design teams.
This is an early-career technical role focused on hands-on performance analysis and cross-team collaboration.
Entry-level (Graduate). Suitable for recent graduates or candidates on track to complete a degree; no specific years of prior industry experience required.

Hold, or be on track to hold by programme start date, a university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in a STEM subject. Candidates with other degrees may be considered if they have relevant practical experience.
