Role Summary

Join a silicon design verification team to verify DDR subsystems that include DDR/LPDDR controllers, PHYs, clock IPs and related components. You will work with verification engineers and RTL designers using SystemVerilog/UVM and formal methods to validate designs and improve verification quality.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on functional verification and formal proof of DDR subsystem designs.

• Develop and execute verification plans and tests for DDR subsystems.
• Write formal properties and assertions to prove design correctness.
• Create tests, sequences, and testbench components in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Coordinate with RTL engineers to implement and verify clock gating and other logic improvements.
• Monitor verification quality metrics such as pass rates, code coverage, and functional coverage.
• Debug failures, analyze coverage gaps, and iterate on tests and design fixes.
• Collaborate with team members and learn from verification experts to grow technical skills.
