GPU Verification Engineer - New College Grad 2026

Role Summary

Member of the GPU verification team responsible for verifying ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture of NVIDIA GPUs and SoCs. Work includes defining verification scope, developing test plans, and building verification infrastructure.

The role requires collaboration with architects, designers, and pre-/post-silicon teams to ensure correctness of CPU/GPU interactions, memory coherency, and related subsystems.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, and executing verification for GPU/SoC designs.

  • Develop and execute verification test plans for ASIC designs and micro-architectures.
  • Design and implement test generators to validate CPU/GPU interactions, memory coherency, and consistency.
  • Build and maintain verification infrastructure using modern methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze design and implementation to define verification scope and coordinate tasks within the team.
  • Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and silicon validation teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting (Perl, Python, shell) for automation and test development.
