Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include verification activities for GPU IP and SoC integrations.

  • Develop and execute scalable verification plans and testbenches; analyze simulation results to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Integrate RTL logic up to SoC level, including internal and external IP.
  • Ensure delivered IP quality for backend and validation teams; document IPs and sub-IPs for SoC consumption.
  • Develop automation and flows to improve IP delivery and verification efficiency.
  • Collaborate with GPU architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to refine IP delivery strategies.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills, environment access, and permissions.

  • Advanced experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of RTL development languages (e.g., Verilog).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with RTL integration flows and industry-standard simulation tools.
  • Exposure to the ASIC design flow and foundational knowledge in 3D graphics.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (typical: 0–1 years hands-on experience gained via internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training) OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience. Equivalent practical experience from internships or projects is noted in the minimum qualifications.
