Job Title

Full-Chip Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Join the Full-Chip Switch Silicon team to integrate and validate system-level full-chip flows for NVIDIA networking switch products. You will work across architecture, microarchitecture, firmware, and IP teams to verify end-to-end chip behavior.

This role focuses on hands-on full-chip verification, cross-block interaction validation, and automation to ensure product-level correctness and performance.

Experience Level

Entry-level β€” typically 1+ years of verification experience (early-career engineers with SoC/FullChip exposure welcome).

Responsibilities

Work within the Full-Chip verification team to integrate and validate complex switch SoCs at the system level.

  • Integrate IP blocks and full-chip flows; run and debug system-level verification scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, u-arch, Firmware, and IP teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
  • Validate end-to-end chip flows and reproduce product-level scenarios for functional and performance issues.
  • Develop and use automation and AI-enhanced engineering tools to accelerate verification and debug.
  • Document findings, report issues, and follow through on fixes with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key skills and experience required or strongly preferred.

  • Minimum: 1+ years of verification experience; experience with SoC/Full-Chip verification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to investigate complex system interactions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work across multiple engineering groups.
  • Familiarity with scripting/automation (Python, Perl, or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pre-silicon validation, emulation, or post-silicon validation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and Specman is advantageous.
  • Interest or experience in high-performance networking, switching architectures, or large-scale system design is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools for engineering workflows is a plus.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (explicitly stated).
