FPGA Market Development Engineer (m/w/d)
Role Summary
Join the EMEA Engineering team to grow FPGA market share and support customers' R&D by advising on FPGA selection, participating in customer projects, and coordinating with FAEs, sales, and suppliers.
The role combines technical guidance, supplier program execution, and customer-facing activities including trainings and technical meetings.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive FPGA market growth in EMEA in cooperation with FAEs and sales teams.
- Monitor market trends and adapt supplier portfolios and strategies.
- Implement and execute EMEA supplier strategy and regional programs.
- Coordinate regular business updates and technical alignment with suppliers.
- Advise development engineers on FPGA technologies and component selection.
- Participate in customer development projects and provide technical support.
- Prepare and deliver trainings, events, and technical meetings for customers and suppliers.
- Recommend technical priorities based on supplier strategies and market conditions.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes:
- Experience with electronics and interest in innovative electronic technologies.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Deep understanding of FPGA technology (tool proficiency not required).
- Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design.
- Outgoing, customer-facing personality and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Driving license and willingness to travel within France and to Italy for customer visits.
Education Requirements
M.Sc or B.Sc degree in engineering or equivalent in electronics (or equivalent practical experience).
