Role Summary

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and review firmware requirements and design data following PLD/DO-254 processes.
- Design, implement, test, debug, and review source code for PLD/FPGA firmware.
- Create and execute simulation analyses and physical bench tests; integrate firmware with hardware systems.
- Investigate complex problem reports and provide input to product/system requirements.
- Recommend improvements to firmware development processes and company products; support ROM estimates for proposals when needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Occasional travel as required.
Requirements
