Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining desktop GUI functionality and collaborating across teams to deliver product features.
- Design and implement Windows desktop GUI features using C++ and the Qt framework.
- Collaborate with product, verification, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features aligned to the Quartus roadmap.
- Maintain, refactor, and extend existing GUI codebases following software design principles and OOP.
- Participate in the commercial product lifecycle: code reviews, testing, debugging, and releases.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation describing UI behavior and implementation details.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Experience contributing to commercial software product development.
- Proven experience in user interface design and implementation.
- Experience developing Windows-based desktop applications.
- Proficiency in C++ and the Qt application development framework.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
