FPGA Design Engineer
Design and implement FPGA-based signal processing and digital systems for Silvus Technologies' MIMO wireless networking products. Work on research and development projects from concept through field deployment as part of the FPGA Engineering team reporting to the Director of FPGA Engineering.
This position is fully onsite at the Engineering and R&D office in Irvine, CA and supports cross-functional work with RF and software teams.
Entry-level / Early career β minimum of 2 years of demonstrated FPGA design experience required.
Key duties include design, implementation, verification, and cross-team support for FPGA-based communications systems.
Must-have technical skills, security/eligibility, and employment conditions.
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of FPGA design experience; OR an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
