The role sits on the verification team and collaborates with design and software engineers to ensure correctness of hardware blocks using formal methods and related verification techniques.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on formal verification of ASIC modules and integration with the overall verification flow.
- Develop and maintain formal verification environments and properties for ASIC blocks using SystemVerilog and assertion languages.
- Translate requirements and design intent into formal properties and checks.
- Run formal analyses, triage counterexamples, and work with RTL designers to debug and resolve issues.
- Integrate formal results with simulation and verification teams to improve coverage and closure.
- Automate verification tasks and scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
- Document verification plans, results, and debug findings for design reviews.

Must-have:
- Practical experience with formal verification and ASIC verification methodologies.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and familiarity with VHDL and Verilog.
- Working knowledge of C and C++.

- Experience with ASIC design processes and collaborating with RTL designers.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with assertion-based verification (SVA) and formal verification tool flows.
- Experience integrating formal and simulation results into verification closure.
