Responsibilities

The role covers firmware design, verification support, validation, and field support for SERDES PHY IP.

• Contribute to firmware architecture and implement assigned firmware features.
• Collaborate with verification teams to debug and fix firmware issues found in simulations.
• Support post-silicon testing and validation; identify FW/HW functional and performance issues and implement firmware fixes.
• Build system-level prototype control software to develop and validate adaptation, equalization, and control algorithms.
• Support electrical and system characterization with the validation team.
• Assist product engineering during customer deployment and provide urgent fixes when needed.

Requirements
