Role Summary

Responsibilities

Lead firmware architecture and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable firmware for NVIDIA network adapters.

• Define end-to-end firmware architecture and technical direction for new products and features.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and System Architecture teams to produce integrated solutions.
• Design and implement strategic technologies including functional safety, security, and advanced networking capabilities.
• Mentor and guide R&D engineers through architecture, design, and implementation phases.
• Drive cross-team technical decisions to ensure high-quality firmware across products.

Requirements

Core qualifications and technical expectations.

• 10+ years of firmware or embedded software development experience.
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience (Technical Lead, Architect, or Technical Manager).
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with networking protocols and high-performance networking.
• Experience developing real-time or embedded systems.
• Experience designing large-scale firmware architectures.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
