Final Test Process Engineering Technician
Role Summary
Maintain and optimize final test processes for semiconductor production in the Kaohsiung final test team. Handle abnormal lots, resolve production issues, and keep test documentation and procedures current.
Use production and test data to drive process improvements and increase process stability.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain and troubleshoot Final Test processes; manage abnormal lots and production incidents.
- Analyze production and test data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update test documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process specifications.
- Collaborate with production, test engineering, and quality teams to implement process improvements and stability measures.
Requirements

- Experience with semiconductor final test processes and production troubleshooting (must-have).
