Role Summary

Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer training for FormFactor probe cards and related products at customer facilities in Taiwan. Act as the primary field contact for escalations and coordinate with internal engineering teams to resolve product issues.

Experience Level

Mid-level. The posting requests a minimum of 3 years' test engineering or application engineering experience (preferred) but states fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Primary on-site responsibilities and customer-facing activities include:

• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain probe cards and related test equipment at customer sites.
• Manage field escalations and coordinate timely technical resolution with global engineering teams.
• Deliver customer training, preventive maintenance, and continuous-improvement programs on-site.
• Collect and maintain field performance data and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities and propose improvements to customers' use of probe cards and test flows.
• Provide technical recommendations to customers and internal teams and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Required skills and experience (education details are listed separately below):

• Minimum ~3 years' experience in test engineering (wafer sort/final test) or application engineering; experience in Automated Test Equipment or semiconductor capital equipment preferred.
• Experience in customer service and technical support; strong customer-interface skills.
• Familiarity with electronics and semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially back-end test processes.
• Ability to present technical information clearly and credibly to customers.
• English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Willingness to perform shift work and travel to customer sites as required.
• Experience with probe cards is advantageous.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering or a related engineering discipline is requested. The posting indicates a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience is preferred but explicitly states fresh graduates will be considered.
