Role Summary

Provide on-site technical support for probe cards and related test equipment. Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot, repair, and improve product performance at customer sites.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Typically 3+ years of test or application engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Primary duties performed on customer sites and in coordination with global teams.

• Provide on-site customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting for probe cards and related products.
• Repair and debug probe cards and support field maintenance of test equipment.
• Manage field escalations, coordinate engineering resources, and communicate status to customers.
• Deliver customer training, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs at customer sites.
• Maintain a database of field product performance and report findings.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve customer use of probe cards.
• Maintain strong technical customer relationships through clear communication and support.

Requirements

Must-have technical experience and customer-facing skills; probe card experience is a plus.

• Must: Minimum 3 years test engineering experience (wafer sort or final test) in semiconductor environments or application engineering in an ATE or semiconductor capital equipment company.
• Must: Experience in customer service/support and strong customer management/interface skills.
• Must: Ability to present technical information clearly and credibly.
• Must: Knowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing; back-end test experience desired.
• Must: English verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform shift work.
• Nice-to-have: Direct experience with probe cards.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted. The posting also states fresh graduates will be considered.
