Provide applications development and customer-facing support for FAST metrology products. Work with customers and internal engineering teams to characterize products/features, demonstrate relevance to customer yield issues, and drive product improvements during alpha/beta tests.

Responsibilities

Key duties include product characterization, customer support, and feedback to engineering for product improvement.

• Develop test cases and characterize new products and features.
• Demonstrate metrology relevance to customer yield and provide product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical support for customer applications and assist implementation of FAST product features.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and assess potential applications.
• Characterize tool/algorithm performance and provide clear feedback to engineering during Alpha/Beta tests.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose solutions for customer issues.
• Analyze and process measurement data; apply statistical analysis techniques.
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams; travel approximately 20%.

• Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical aptitude for data analysis, processing, and statistical analysis.

Education Requirements

Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
