Field Application Engineer, TCAD

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical support, customer engagement, and product feedback.
- Drive adoption and technical evaluation of Calibre TCAD technology.
- Support tool evaluations, competitive benchmarking, troubleshooting, and on-site issue resolution.
- Develop technical relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and prioritize customer technical requirements; map test cases and usage scenarios to product capabilities and roadmap.
- Characterize product features and enhancements; provide recommendations and feedback to product development.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to customers and field engineers.
- Coordinate priorities and timelines with customers and internal stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Requirements

- Hands-on TCAD experience with leading EDA tools (required).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to characterize and implement scripts, libraries, and deployment functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced teams and deliver projects on time with high quality.
