This is an entry-level, customer-facing engineering role focused on applying FPGA hardware and software tools to solve customer problems and deliver technical demos and training.

Experience Level

Entry-level — intended for recent graduates or early-career engineers; suitable for those starting their professional engineering careers.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities during rotations and after placement include:

  • Rotate through 3–4 departments to gain hands-on experience in FPGA design, pre-sales, support, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop FPGA-based solutions for customer requirements.
  • Engage directly with customers to diagnose challenges, propose solutions, and support implementation and debugging.
  • Develop and present technical demos, proofs-of-concept, and training materials for customers and internal teams.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of FPGA hardware, design methodologies, and software tools.

Requirements

Essential technical and professional qualifications. Degree requirements are listed separately below.

  • Must-have: Understanding of digital design, FPGA architectures, and hardware description languages (VHDL/Verilog).
  • Must-have: Familiarity with FPGA development tools (for example, Vivado or Quartus).
  • Must-have: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; customer-first mindset.
  • Must-have: Willingness to travel as needed for customer interactions or training.
  • Must-have: Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
