Responsibilities

Key duties include technical implementation, integration, validation, and support of emulation solutions:

  • Integrate and deploy Siemens emulation and hardware-assisted verification solutions into customer design and verification workflows.
  • Configure, test, validate, and operate Siemens Veloce and similar emulation platforms for complex ASIC/SoC designs.
  • Analyze RTL, verification environments, software interfaces, and flows to define implementation requirements.
  • Perform hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware/software integration, compilation, runtime, and system-level issues.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation for integration and operation (Python, Perl, Tcl, shell, etc.).
  • Collaborate with customers, applications engineering, product engineering, and R&D to reproduce, document, and resolve product and integration issues.
  • Create technical demonstrations, implementation examples, and training materials to support customer deployment.

  • Experience with C/C++ and/or SystemC in verification or system environments.
  • Experience developing engineering automation and integration using Python, Perl, Tcl, or shell scripting.
  • Strong diagnostic skills across RTL, verification software, emulation systems, host infrastructure, and customer environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience working directly with customer engineering teams.
  • Ability to travel within North America as required.
  • Employment may be subject to ITAR/EAR export controls; ability to verify U.S. person status or obtain required license may be required.
