FC Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Full-Chip Verification Engineer on NVIDIA's Networking Silicon team responsible for system-level verification of next-generation NICs. Drive verification plans and end-to-end execution, debug cross-block issues, and collaborate with architecture, micro‑architecture, firmware and other NIC teams.
Experience Level
Mid-level — 3–5 years of verification or hardware (HW) simulation experience.
Responsibilities
Own and execute system-level verification for NIC features; analyze failures and ensure feature correctness across blocks.
- Define verification plans and drive end-to-end full-chip verification execution.
- Investigate, debug and resolve system-level and cross-block issues; perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Architecture, micro-architecture, Firmware and other internal teams to validate features.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and modern development methods to accelerate verification and tooling.
Requirements
Core qualifications and skills required for the role.
- 3–5 years of experience in verification or hardware simulation.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive, innovation-oriented approach to adopting new methodologies and coding tools.
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior verification experience of SoC.
- Knowledge of network flows and protocols.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (high academic standing) or equivalent practical experience.
