- Electronic design skills: schematic capture, simulation, PCB/layout awareness, and hands-on test/debug experience.
- Microcontroller fundamentals: embedded C development, use of ADC/DAC, timers, PWM, DMA, watchdog and common peripherals.
- Familiarity with communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN.
- Automotive experience: minimum ~5 years in MCU-based automotive application design (BCM, lighting, EV, infotainment or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder influence and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, set realistic deadlines, and take ownership of client deliverables.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with in-vehicle networking and high-speed protocols: Automotive Ethernet (100Base-T1/1000Base-T1/10Base-T1S, TSN), FlexRay, PCIe, SerDes and related stacks.
- Prior success driving design wins and working across international, cross-functional teams.
