Experienced Engineer for Reliability
Role Summary
Lead reliability qualification and assessment activities for advanced semiconductor technologies. Work with Technology Development, Manufacturing and Design teams to ensure process and product robustness, support technology qualification, and drive continuous improvement in reliability methods and documentation.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing reliability workstreams, analyzing results, and supporting cross-functional problem solving.
- Plan, execute, and analyze reliability qualification activities for semiconductor technologies and process changes.
- Design and characterize reliability test structures to establish models and design rules.
- Perform reliability assessments and failure analysis for technology development, fab excursions, and customer issues.
- Analyze reliability data and recommend improvements to process robustness and product reliability.
- Develop and apply reliability models for device degradation and wear-out mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define reliability requirements and support new technology development.
- Drive improvements in reliability methodologies, test cycle time, data integrity, and documentation.
- Maintain reliability procedures, test methods, technical documentation, and support EHS&S work practices.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and capabilities.
- Experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, technology development, process integration, or device engineering.
- Understanding of semiconductor failure mechanisms (HCI, NBTI, TDDB, Electromigration).
- Experience with reliability qualification, data analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Education Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
