Job Title

Experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Role Summary

The principal design engineer will develop millimeter-wave circuits for coherent applications on SiGe and silicon processes. The role includes architecture, schematic and layout design, laboratory characterization, and productization of high-frequency ICs operating above 30 GHz. The position requires close collaboration with test, application, and product teams.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Years of experience not specified; requires demonstrated independent IC design and productization experience at millimeter-wave frequencies.

Responsibilities

Own IC designs from concept through productization and support project delivery and customer needs.

  • Architect, design, and layout SiGe and silicon analog/mixed-signal ICs for >30 GHz operation.
  • Perform hands-on laboratory characterization, debugging, and measurement of high-frequency circuits.
  • Drive productization efforts, including design for test, yield, and manufacturability.
  • Manage project tasks, schedules, and technical delivery.
  • Support customers and collaborate with test and application engineers.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

  • Experience designing millimeter-wave circuits for coherent applications (operation above 30 GHz).
  • Proven ability to take ICs from concept through schematic, layout, measurement, and productization.
  • Experience with SiGe and silicon process technologies.
  • Hands-on RF/mmWave laboratory measurement and characterization skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with test strategy, design-for-test, and manufacturability considerations.

Education Requirements

Not specified.
