Responsibilities
Accountable for verification quality, team execution, and delivery of PCIe/CXL digital controller products. Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own PCIe/CXL verification strategy and functional quality targets.
- Lead and manage large, multi-site verification teams and the management chain.
- Ensure team capacity and structure meet product roadmaps; prioritize work to achieve the plan-of-record.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks; review convergence metrics and mitigate issues early.
- Drive adoption of methodologies and productivity improvements to improve controller quality.
- Lead verification support for customer pre-sales and post-sales escalations as required.
- Coordinate with VIP, PHY, subsystem, emulation, methodology, support, and customer-success teams.
Requirements

- Must-have: Expert in verification methodologies (UVM), constrained-random verification, functional coverage, and testbench environment creation.
- Must-have: Proven experience leading and scaling large verification/R&D teams with clear responsibility and accountability.
- Must-have: Strong project management and risk-assessment skills; ability to prioritize with fixed resources.
- Must-have: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to operate in a matrixed international environment.
- Must-have: Deep understanding of digital design verification principles and ability to lead complex verification projects.

- Deep knowledge of PCI Express (PCIe) technologies and related protocols; experience with CXL is a plus.
- Familiarity with ARM-based SoC architectures and IP product development.
- Experience coordinating across VIP, PHY, emulation, and subsystem teams.
