ESD Device Design Engineer Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)
This internship supports the development of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection devices and I/O device guidance for integrated circuit products. The intern will perform hands-on device experiments, assist with device design for high-voltage applications, run TCAD simulations after training, and prepare technical data and reports to support product reliability and customer inquiries.
Entry-level internship. Intended for current undergraduate students; the role is a full-time internship (expected 40 hours/week).
Work under mentor supervision to support ESD device development and related tasks.

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field through an accredited degree program during the internship; must be in good academic standing.
