ESD Device Design Engineer Intern (Jan–Jun 2027)
Hands-on internship to support development of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection devices for IC product pins. The role works under mentor guidance to perform device experiments, TCAD simulation, technical analysis, and documentation to improve device robustness, area efficiency, and product reliability.
Entry-level internship for current students; no prior professional experience required. Suitable for undergraduate students seeking practical semiconductor device design experience.
