Enterprise Diagnostics Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead diagnostics, debug, validation, and failure-analysis programs across AMD product engineering organizations. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering teams to resolve complex silicon, software, and system-level issues and to deliver program milestones on schedule and to quality targets.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include program execution, technical risk management, and data-driven monitoring.
- Drive execution of multiple diagnostics, validation, debug, and engineering programs to meet commitments, schedules, and quality objectives.
- Partner with silicon, software, platform, and product engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and risks.
- Translate technical requirements and product roadmaps into actionable program plans with milestones and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and program metrics; analyze trends to support data-driven decisions.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to improve planning, reporting, issue identification, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate program status, technical risks, mitigation strategies, and key decisions to engineering leadership, customers, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have technical and program-management skills. Preferred items are noted.
- Must have: Strong technical foundation in silicon and/or software development, verification, diagnostics, or system-level debugging.
- Must have: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs and manage risks and dependencies.
- Must have: Proficiency in software development, scripting, automation, and debugging to support diagnostics workflows.
- Must have: Experience establishing and using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for program tracking and decision-making.
- Must have: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills for global engineering teams and customers.
- Preferred: Experience in semiconductor product development, silicon validation, failure analysis, or system-level root-cause investigations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI/advanced analytics applied to engineering operations.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
