Role Summary

Support Reliability Stress Lab operations in Palm Bay, FL, performing hands-on test and qualification tasks for semiconductor products and packages. The role focuses on executing laboratory procedures, maintaining accurate test records, and assisting product quality engineers in the qualification process.

This position is part of the Palm Bay Reliability Stress Lab team and requires adherence to lab procedures and a focus on preventing lab-induced failures.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include supporting qualification and reliability stress testing and maintaining accurate lab records:

• Support qualification of new products, processes, and packages in the Reliability Stress Lab.
• Load and unload qualification hardware and samples; follow procedures and maintain attention to detail.
• Schedule stress down-point testing and ensure accurate ATE and database records.
• Coordinate sample submission, database entry, and qualification activities with Product Quality Engineers.
• Perform lab processes including SMT reflow (profiling and operation), CSAM, X-ray, wire pull, sample de-encapsulation, board preparation, inspection, and repair.
• Participate in cross-training to become proficient in all Reliability Stress Lab functions.
• Maintain a zero lab-induced failure mindset and follow quality procedures.

• Willingness to learn and be trained on Reliability Stress Lab equipment and procedures.
• US citizenship or US Person required (ITAR role).
