Engineering Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end program execution for custom and semi-custom semiconductor solutions within Marvell's Multi Market Business Group. Manage cross-functional engineering, operations, and business teams and act as the primary technical and program contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
The role owns the program lifecycle and ensures delivery against schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Lead custom and semi-custom solution programs from initiation through production release.
- Plan, execute, validate, qualify, and deliver samples and production releases.
- Monitor program performance against the Plan of Record (POR) and adjust plans to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, operations, and business units.
- Serve as primary internal and external point of contact at engineering, management, and executive levels.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and issues; lead mitigation and corrective actions.
- Conduct pre-mortems and post-mortems to apply lessons learned and improve delivery processes.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience required to perform the role effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years in a program management role within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities managing complex technical programs.
- Strong customer-facing skills; ability to build trust, manage expectations, and align diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex technical concepts clearly.
- Advanced risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions that align internal strategy with customer requirements.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and coordinating cross-functional execution.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant professional experience; or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
