Role Summary
Lead delivery of system technology across Infrastructure, Mobile, Automotive and Embedded markets as part of the Central Technology System team. Work with technologists, system architects, project and program managers to plan, coordinate and deliver technology initiatives and ensure successful transfer to engineering teams and technology recipients.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on planning, coordinating and overseeing technology delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate project managers, system architects and technologists to create delivery plans spanning Infrastructure, client and automotive segments.
- Manage and maintain technology roadmaps and medium-term plans.
- Oversee delivery of RTL IP and semiconductor technology through to silicon.
- Engage with commercial teams and program managers to provide status and align priorities.
- Collaborate with wider engineering teams to facilitate technology transfer and integration.
- Drive group engineering reviews and alignment discussions.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership capabilities for delivering RTL/IP and semiconductor projects.
- Proven leadership experience in RTL-based IP or the semiconductor technology sector.
- Deep technical understanding of end-to-end development flows from requirements and investigations to RTL IP product and silicon delivery.
- Experience in resource allocation planning, project planning and critical-path analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to prioritize activities and drive discussions and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire project teams; strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of system technologies such as bus interconnects and SoC architectures.
- Project and program management experience on complex projects or programs.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 for automotive projects.
