Role Summary

Work on test program and test methodology development for Micron SSD products in high-volume manufacturing and validation. The role focuses on reducing test time, improving test coverage and yield, and automating engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

Own development, optimization and automation of SSD test programs and related test engineering activities.

• Develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products in production and validation phases.
• Design and optimize test methodology to reduce test time and improve coverage.
• Automate test engineering processes using scripting to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, equipment, test capacity and manufacturing teams to improve yield and meet production goals.
• Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics for stability and effectiveness.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights where appropriate to improve workflow, quality, or effectiveness.

• Must-have: Ability to manage prioritized action items and work across tactical and strategic tasks; effective written and verbal communication.
• Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to AI-assisted engineering or productivity tools.
• Nice-to-have: Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry, and knowledge of SSD testing concepts.
• Nice-to-have: Demonstrated leadership and a track record of measurable impact.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
