Role Summary

Member of Micron's Test Solutions Engineering team based in Singapore responsible for developing and maintaining test programs and methodologies for Micron SSD products in high-volume manufacturing.

Work includes validation/start-up test program design, test optimization, automation, and collaboration with product, equipment, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and throughput.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing test programs and processes for SSD products and supporting production output and quality goals.

  • Develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Design test programs and methodology for validation and start-up of new SSD products and technologies.
  • Optimize test programs and reduce product test times to improve throughput.
  • Automate test engineering tasks by authoring scripts and tools (e.g., Python).
  • Enhance test coverage to ensure outgoing product quality.
  • Collaborate with product, equipment engineering, test capacity, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability and effectiveness of test processes.
  • Apply AI-assisted tools and insights to improve engineering efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
