Test Development Engineer
The Test Development Engineer will design and develop test programs and test hardware for functional testing (wafer sorting) of SOC devices including memory, NVM, logic, mixed-signal and RF components. The role covers electrical characterization, transfer of test solutions into production, and collaboration with technology development, yield engineering and quality teams.
