Engineer - Technology Development

Role Summary

Work within the Technology Development (TD) Process Integration team to support CMOS process development and device integration for production ramp. The role executes experiments, analyzes results, and coordinates with Modules, Reliability, PDK and Device teams to deliver process solutions for the fab.

Position is based in Singapore and may require flexibility for extended hours during critical milestones.

Experience Level

Entry-level — fresh graduates or less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities include experimental execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to advance process development.

• Plan, run and document experimental splits; collect and analyze data to extract key metrics.
• Support process integration and device development to enable product ramp into production.
• Coordinate with Modules, Reliability, PDK and Device teams to meet program requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for program reviews.
• Manage workload and work extended hours during critical project milestones.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred skills.

• Basic understanding of CMOS processing and device fundamentals.
• Ability to execute experiments and extract actionable results from data.
• Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Entry-level (fresh graduate) or up to 1 year of experience in semiconductor/process development.
• Nice-to-have: proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Pantheon or similar tools.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering or Materials Engineering. Fresh graduates are explicitly considered.
