Role Summary

Support SSD product development and sustainment for new product introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical and physical failures, improve manufacturing yield, and troubleshoot customer returns.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include product support, failure analysis, yield evaluation, and cross-functional problem resolution.

• Support SSD product development and sustainment during NPI and HVM.
• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis; coordinate with engineering, process, and test teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct manufacturing yield evaluation and data analysis to detect trends and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot customer returns and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to process and test improvements to increase quality and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Perl.
• Experience with data analysis and automation to improve productivity and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with SSD development, testing, or manufacturing practices is advantageous.
• Experience or willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) for productivity and data analysis.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
