Role Summary
Responsible for monitoring and driving continuous improvement of quality and reliability for memory/storage products manufactured in Fab 10N/X, Singapore. Supports wafer manufacturing activities including development, validation, characterization, qualification, and volume-enablement to meet customer reliability requirements.
Works with global quality and process-engineering teams to perform root-cause analysis, manage qualifications and MRB, and ensure product milestones and customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include monitoring product quality and driving reliability improvements across wafer manufacturing and high-volume production.
- Monitor and improve product quality and wafer-level reliability for Fab outputs, including outgoing quality control sampling.
- Collect and analyze wafer-level reliability data; maintain reliability scorecards and drive fab activities to improve extrinsic, intrinsic, and process reliability.
- Ensure reliability and quality indicators (OQRM, probe, parametric, inline metrics) are defined and meeting targets.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics such as product grades and high-stack eligibility.
- Serve as the Fab representative for customer issues and RMAs; lead investigations and drive resolution.
- Support risk assessments for excursion materials and manage follow-up qualification activities during HVM.
- Participate in site quality programs, defense line initiatives, and cross-functional product milestones.
- Build partnerships with global Quality and Process Engineering teams to align specifications and documentation.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, following organizational standards.
