Role Summary
Responsible for driving product evaluations, development, qualification activities, data analysis, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable product releases for the DCE Product Engineering BU.
The role provides cradle-to-grave ownership of products, working cross-functionally with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Failure Analysis, Assembly, Fab, and Test Manufacturing Engineering to qualify, sustain, and improve parts.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include evaluation, qualification, sustaining, and cross-functional coordination.
- Plan and execute new product evaluations and development tests; analyze performance and functionality at various development stages.
- Lead or participate in product qualification activities with Design, Reliability, Quality, Failure Analysis, Assembly, and Fab teams.
- Provide cradle-to-grave ownership: support production sustainment with Test Manufacturing Engineering and represent the BU on Material Review Board (MRB) assessments and dispositions.
- Design and run experiments (Design of Experiments), perform data analysis, and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues and improve products.
- Support failure analysis and debug activities to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%; work scheduled on 1st Shift/Days.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, tools, and professional attributes; programming and specific tester experience listed as advantages where noted.

Must-have: Proficiency in product testing, statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio), failure analysis and debug techniques.

Must-have: Experience with Teradyne and Eagle testers and typical bench equipment (oscilloscopes, source meters, signal generators).

Education Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
