Role Summary
Provide technical application support for PCB and integrated circuit substrate (ICS) customers by validating and demonstrating product capabilities, integrating customer feedback, and enabling product adoption. The role is on the Application Team supporting advanced PCB/large-panel packaging workflows and partnering with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include:
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, advising on PCB application best practices and implementation.
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations and validation at customer sites and internal facilities.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and software teams to align product features with customer needs.
- Lead application development initiatives to create new use cases and optimize workflows.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to characterization and development of next-generation PCB and ICS solutions.
Requirements

- Customer-facing technical support and product demonstration experience.
