Role Summary

The Process Integration Module Engineer coordinates improvements in yield, quality, and output for a NAND Flash production module in a high-volume fab environment. The role works with process, equipment, production, yield and quality teams to design experiments, investigate issues, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

The engineer will support module-level process integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Design, execute, and analyze process experiments to improve yield, quality, and throughput.
  • Collect, interpret, and present complex process and yield data to identify root causes and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, equipment, production, yield, quality, test) to resolve module issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Communicate module-related issues and status to fab engineering and leadership.
  • Lead or engage cross-area engineering teams for process investigations and alignment with sister fabs and global partners.
  • Partner with industrial engineering and production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process constraints.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and data-driven methods into daily work to improve efficiency and decision-making.
