Role Summary
Engineer on the Probe team responsible for data-driven improvements to probe operations through analytics and software. The role combines reporting, automation, and software development to reduce turnaround times and improve product quality.
Works with engineering and production teams and collaborates with the global Probe community to implement operational and process improvements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include building reporting and automation, deploying software solutions, and driving operational improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time reporting, monitoring, and alerting for Probe operations using Tableau and custom software.
- Develop software tools to reduce turnaround time for issue detection and resolution in engineering and production.
- Automate material tracking, product disposition, and validation to support product quality and traceability.
- Collaborate with worldwide Probe teams on cross-site projects with significant operational impact.
- Integrate, evaluate, and apply AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness within scope of work.
- Identify and share continuous-improvement opportunities, and support implementation of technical and process changes.
