Role Summary

Micron's Package Technology Development β€” Process Development team in Singapore seeks an Engineering Execution & Integration Engineer to manage engineering builds, customer sample execution, and manufacturing coordination for advanced semiconductor packaging development.

This individual contributor coordinates across business units, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure engineering and customer lots are planned, executed, tracked, and completed efficiently.

Experience Level

Entry-level / Early-career (0–3 years). The posting targets early-career engineers but does not specify exact years of experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities focus on end-to-end lot execution, build coordination, data integrity, and cross-functional escalation and recovery.

  • Monitor lot status and proactively resolve execution issues to meet customer and engineering commitments.
  • Coordinate engineering build activities across development and manufacturing teams, including planning and execution of high-volume manufacturing readiness builds and qualifications.
  • Track build progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate resolution across multiple functions and sites.
  • Maintain data accuracy and lot traceability; generate execution status updates and operational reports.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Drive risk mitigation actions, escalate critical issues promptly, and support recovery plans.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality, following organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled or process improvements within scope.

Requirements

Minimum required skills and capabilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities; effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common productivity tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice-to-have:

  • Internship, project, or academic experience related to manufacturing, operations, or the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with data analysis tools or manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or advanced packaging processes.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.

Education Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. Academic internship or project experience is noted as preferred; equivalent practical experience is commonly acceptable.
