Analog Design Engineering
Role Summary
Design, develop, verify and evaluate analog functions for IPs, subsystems and integrated circuits used in electronic communications products. Work with product development teams to meet specifications, quality, and reliability targets.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include circuit design, simulation, verification, and documentation for analog blocks at IP and IC levels.
- Design and implement analog blocks and subsystems (IP/IC level).
- Create and run simulations to verify analog circuit behavior and performance.
- Analyze measured and simulated data to diagnose signal-processing issues.
- Collaborate with product and system teams to meet specification, reliability, and quality goals.
- Author design-specific documentation for internal and external use.
- Support verification, evaluation, and issue resolution for analog and mixed-signal domains.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and required technical skills for the role.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the job offered, as a Lead Design Engineer, or in a related occupation.
- Hands-on experience with calibration blocks used to calibrate analog signal levels.
- Experience with DACs (Digital-to-Analog Converters) and PWM modulator blocks.
- Design experience with variable gain amplifiers (VGAs), feed-forward equalizers (FFE), and comparators (including strong-arm comparators).
- Experience with LDO (low-dropout) regulator design.
- Proficiency with analog design and simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre (or equivalent).
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering (including VLSI variants or Physics), foreign equivalent, or a related field.
