Engineer, NVM QRA

Role Summary

As an NVM QRA Engineer in Global Quality, you will perform electrical failure analysis and data analysis on 3D NAND memory devices to support product quality and reliability. You will develop and maintain outgoing monitor plans, manage deviations using structured risk assessments, and provide data-driven product disposition decisions in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience Level

Mid-level. No specific years of experience specified; candidates with semiconductor test, QA, or product engineering experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, validate, and maintain test methodologies and coverage to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Provide release documentation after qualification and establish monitoring plans for HVM products.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Support post-qualification quality and reliability investigations and disposition of materials.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to evaluate new reliability issues and assess customer risk.

Requirements

Technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred:

• Experience in test engineering and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong programming skills: C/C++, Perl, or Python; comfortable in Unix/Linux and tester languages.
• Automated test equipment knowledge and experience; ability to write and debug test programs.
• Good verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure professionally.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and failure analysis experience are advantages.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome. (No explicit mention of equivalent experience or certifications was provided.)
