Role Summary
Drive wafer-level reliability and quality for advanced NAND flash products through data analysis, failure diagnostics, and process optimization. Work with cross-functional teams in a fabrication environment to develop test capabilities, investigate quality issues, support product qualification, and reduce time-to-market.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on reliability test development, diagnostics, and process improvements to meet manufacturing and product targets.
- Analyze wafer-level data and produce visualizations and charts (e.g. JMP).
- Develop and maintain data-processing scripts and tools (Perl, Python or similar).
- Develop HTML interfaces for data display and reporting.
- Perform electrical failure analysis diagnostics and validate EFA bench methods.
- Define and execute wafer-level reliability sampling plans and OCAP procedures.
- Develop and enhance Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capability to correlate with backend Unit Level Reliability (ULR).
- Act as a reliability SME on the fab quality team and lead quality projects to mitigate excursions.
- Provide corrective and preventive actions in response to customer quality feedback.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Support product characterization, qualification, and drive timely time-to-market activities with fab and external partners.
