Role Summary
Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation 3D NAND memory products to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
Support test program development, design verification, and yield/cost improvements while collaborating with Fab, NAND technology, design, product development, system, and quality/reliability teams.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify 3D NAND products for production.
- Define and optimize manufacturing test coverage across architectures and process nodes.
- Support design verification and circuit-level verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
- Analyze yield issues, reduce test time, and implement yield-improvement actions.
- Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, NAND Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Experience in memory product test development and validation, preferably for 3D NAND or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CAD simulation tools and Verilog-based verification.
- Experience with yield analysis, test-time reduction, and resolving manufacturing yield issues.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience optimizing test programs across multiple process nodes and architectures.
