Role Summary
Engineer responsible for reliability, qualification, and manufacturing test flow development for HBM products at Fab 10A, Singapore. The role focuses on defining and executing reliability stress tests, driving qualification execution and resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing reliability tests and driving qualification and manufacturing readiness for HBM products.
- Define and develop reliability stress tests, test flows, and test plans covering product reliability aspects.
- Work with Global Quality to define qualification plans, manage execution progress, and resolve gating issues.
- Drive reduction of Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability failures (DPM reduction) through optimized test flows and strategies.
- Perform root-cause analysis of reliability, quality, and RMA issues using electrical and physical failure analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Provide recommendations for process conversions and high-volume manufacturing to improve yield, cost, and performance.
- Assess and manage technical risk with product leads; make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
- Promote innovation and improvements that provide technical advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, HBM technology and design teams, system development, and quality/reliability groups.
- Contribute to project management to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, behavioral attributes, and tools exposure for the role.
